Experienced Operator: I'm a former executive with a proven track record of success across different industries and roles including Chief People Officer, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and Head of Int’l Growth and Strategy.
First-Principles, Systems Thinker: My background that spans engineering, business, product, and people allow me to uncover root problems from first principles and build sustainable systems.

How do you approach coaching sessions?
I believe you are an incredible leader, and it’s my role to unleash that. My approach is responsive to your needs: from strategic thinking to structured goal setting to urgent issues. My clients appreciate the range of what we tackle together, and the feeling of walking out of a discussion with more clarity on the issue and steps to move forward.

How do you structure your coaching?
Flexible Support: Reach out anytime, any way: text, video, email, call—even carrier pigeon! Emergency sessions are included, too.
Scheduled Sessions: We'll meet 1-2x per month, focusing on actionable solutions for your day-to-day work and life.
Additional Support: 360 reviews, observations, document reviews (decks, emails, etc), complimentary sessions for your most challenging stakeholders, and more are available as needed throughout.
No minimum commitment: We work to ensure ongoing value for you. Engage for a few months, a year, or as long as you need. On average, my current client cohort has worked with me for 2+ years.
