I’m a 3x startup executive who has experienced the ups and downs of 10x+ growth across different industries. My roles have varied: I’ve served as Chief People Officer, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and Head of International Growth and Strategy. Throughout those journeys, I was a fundamental force behind defining and cultivating distinctive, iconic cultures that enabled greater business impact.

As a former management consultant at McKinsey, product manager at Yahoo, and Stanford-educated engineer, I am grounded in first-principles and systems-thinking to transform businesses.

After 15+ years driving growth at innovative organizations, I set out on my own to help companies anticipate the challenges that come with navigating change and growth. I initially focused on people strategy, but in my engagements, was asked to advise and coach the CEO or executive team. My clients would tell me our work together was more useful than the executive coaching work they were doing.

So, I listened and shifted. I now focus on a blend of coaching and advising. I’ve found my calling to accelerate the learning curve of CEOs and executives at companies from seed stage through IPO.

I love uncovering new challenges, learning and sharing hard lessons, discovering and connecting ideas, and mainly, having a positive impact on businesses and people. I’m fortunate to have helped hundreds of leaders at top VC-backed companies accelerate their leadership development, productivity, and impact. 

Outside of my work, I enjoy attempting corny jokes, playing violin for community theater, devouring must-read books, indulging in ice cream, and hugging my kids.
